Let’s get to know Proggio’s N America Customer Success Champion – Lennys Nopala Capizzi
A little bit about Lennys:
I was born and raised in Salt Lake, but I have lived all over Utah and California. I started in customer success 6 years ago. I enjoy traveling and attend concerts very often, about twice a month. I have a goal to visit every national park in the states, I have visited 10 so far.
Work Stuff
1. What do you love most about your role at Proggio?
The customers, that I get to work with. I have grown close to a lot of them, I really enjoy that part.
2. What advice do you have for someone also interested in that type of position?
Don’t be afraid to present feedback to your internal team that you hear from your customers. Creating that customer relationship is very important.
3. What’s your biggest accomplishment so far at Proggio?
Getting familiar with project management.

5. How would you describe your job and its responsibilities to small children?
I babysit companies

Go to Sicily, Italy

Training my cats and nail art
17. What’s your favorite place you’ve traveled to and why?
Olympic national park in Washington State. It was very diverse and beautiful and I got engaged there

Don’t limit yourself

A sword
