Proggio’s Employee Spotlight: Taylor
Let’s get to know a Proggio Account Executive & PPM Specialist – Taylor Dipo.
A little bit about Taylor:
I’ve been in the Project, Portfolio and Work management space for 7+ years. I’ve found this space to be unbelievably exciting and encouraging because I get to help people do their jobs better, earn promotions and enjoy their work more. More general and fun things about me, I’m a father of two with 3 dogs and a fish that make up our growing “Dipo Zoo”. In the summer time you’ll see me on a golf course, by a pool, lake or anywhere in the mountains camping with the “Dipo Zoo” family and friends. Absolute die hard professional hockey fan of the Colorado Avalanche and usually make it to a game or 2 a year but never miss a game from home.
Work stuff
1. What do you love most about your role at Proggio?
Seeing prospects eyes light up when they see how visually enhanced and easy to use Proggio is at the portfolio & project level. I know I am showing them something they have never seen before and that alone is something you can’t say about many products in a red ocean space like PPM software.
2. What advice do you have for someone also interested in that type of position?
Be curious, creative and always focus on marginal gains. Continual improvement is the true goal and the success that follows is just one benefactor of that goal. Lastly and definitely not least, fail fast and learn from any mistakes along the way. Failing is the fastest way to success.
3. What’s your biggest accomplishment so far at Proggio?
Generating a large pipeline of opportunities in my first few months and establishing best practices in and outside of our team.

4. What was your favorite toy as a kid?
Toy Story “Woody” with the pull string voice just like in the movie.
5. What is something you have done that you never imagined ever doing?
I was a stunt double on the High School Musical TV series. It was one of the most exciting and stressful things I’ve ever done but something I never ever thought I would be doing.

11. What animal do you believe most closely matches your personality and why?
Dolphins because I am very energetic much like them and I sleep with half my brain still running.
