Work stuff

1. What do you love most about your role at Proggio?

I enjoy understanding prospects’ challenges and finding solutions with our product. I also love collaborating with various teams at Proggio, including product, customer success, and account executives. It’s a great opportunity to learn and work with talented people.

2. What advice do you have for someone also interested in that type of position?

Listening is key. If you know how to listen, it allows you to really understand the challenges of your prospects and why they’re painful to them, to see the needs of the account executives you’ll be supporting, and to build relationships.

3. What’s your biggest accomplishment so far at Proggio?

My transition into this new customer-facing role, after years as a UX & UI designer, which I’m incredibly grateful for.

4. How would you describe your job and its responsibilities to small children?

As a solution engineer, I help project managers and PMOs, who are like superhero leaders. They face challenges using different tools and doing things manually. I try to help them with our product that’s like a magical toolbox that saves them time and makes their work easier. I give them the best tools to be amazing project managers!
